What is the correct seating position in a dental stool?
An ergonomic seated position begins with an athletic stance. Feet roughly shoulder-width apart. Hips should be positioned above the knees with head directly over the spine to promote a natural S-shaped curve for the back. Elbows should rest at your side with hands slightly elevated.
