What is the warranty for A-dec dental equipment?
A-dec is pleased to offer a 5-year warranty for dental equipment and furniture purchased from an authorized A-dec dealer. A 2-year warranty is offered for EA-53 electric motor, tubing, control modules, A-dec|W&H Synea, Proxeo, Endea, air motors, and Assistina products purchased through an authorized A-dec dealer. How can I repair my dental handpiece?
A-dec offers factory-authorized repair from technicians specifically trained to service your W&H handpieces. For repair services on products within their warranty, please contact your authorized A-dec dealer or A-dec Customer Service at 1-800-547-1883. For repair services on products outside their warranty period, please contact your authorized A-dec dealer to discuss the best option to meet your needs.
How do I return an A-dec dental handpiece loaner?
To return your loaner handpiece, use the box and return shipping label provided with your repair. If you have misplaced your return label, fill out the Clinical Products Repair Request Form, using “Loaner” as the dealer PO number to generate a new shipping label.
How do I check the status of my handpiece repair?
Call A-dec Customer Service at 1-800-547-1883. Please have your dealer Purchase Order (PO) number or handpiece serial number ready.
