Please Note: When shipping your handpieces to A-dec for repair, UPS will not be able to ship the product if the packaging includes any hazmat labeling. Any hazardous material shipping name, identification number markings, hazard warning labels or placards indicating that the material is hazardous must be removed or securely covered in transport per 49 CFR §173.29.

How do I check the status of my handpiece repair?
Please call A-dec Customer Service at 1.800.547.1883 and have your dealer Purchase Order (PO) number available.

What is a dealer Purchase Order (PO) and how do I get one?
A dealer PO is a number issued by your dealer that is used to create a work order for repairs and is required for filling out the online repair form. Please contact your authorized A-dec dealer for a PO number.

How can I get a loaner handpiece?
We do not offer a loaner program at this time.

What is the lead time for repairs?
A-dec strives to maintain a 3-4 day lead time for handpieces. Lead time is calculated from the date A-dec receives the product to the date we ship out the product and does not include estimate response time if applicable.

Who will contact me with the estimate if one is needed?
Your dealer will contact you with the estimate if one is required.
