A-dec Named One of the Top Workplaces in USA

Award celebrates nationally recognized companies that prioritize people-centered cultures

Newberg, Ore., February 1, 2023 – A-dec is pleased to announce they were named one of the Top Workplaces in the United States of America.

This award celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice. The Top Workplaces USA award is based entirely on feedback from an employee engagement survey completed by the employees of participating workplaces.

In 2022, A-dec was honored as a gold-ribbon workplace in Oregon, one of only 20 large companies in the region to garner this award.
