Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy
A-dec, Inc. and its affiliates (“A-dec”) often receive submissions proposing ideas for A-dec’s use and commercialization. We appreciate this interest in A-dec and extend our gratitude to each person who has taken the time and effort to get in touch with us. However, our policy is that A-dec and its employees and contractors do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, comments, or materials, including for new or improved products, services or technologies, product or service enhancements, processes, advertising campaigns, promotions, marketing plans, or new product or service names (collectively, "Submissions” and each, a “Submission”). Please do not send any Submission in any form to A-dec or its employees or contractors.
A-dec primarily relies on the knowledge, expertise, and creativity of its talented employees to generate ideas for A-dec’s use and commercialization. While we enjoy hearing from you, the purpose of A-dec’s policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when A-dec’s products, services, technologies, advertising, promotions, marketing strategies, or content might seem similar to any Submission.
If, despite our policy, you still make a Submission to A-dec, you agree that the following terms apply, regardless of any contrary statements accompanying your Submission. We also strongly encourage you to consult with an attorney for professional advice. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not send us any Submissions.
Terms Governing Submissions
- Your Submission imposes no obligation on A-dec including, but not limited to, no obligation to review the Submission, no obligation to keep any Submission confidential, and no obligation to acknowledge or respond to your Submission;
- A-dec may use, redistribute, or disclose the Submission for any purpose and in any manner on an unrestricted basis and without any compensation to you or any other person or party; and
- You are authorized to make the Submission, and your Submission does not include any confidential information, proprietary know-how, trade secrets, or other intellectual property of any other person or party.
