A-dec First Impressions | Lakeview Endodontics Customer Story

When I was in residency, I lived in this neighborhood and I always thought that this would be the best place to own and run a practice. I loved the people here. I loved the spirit of this neighborhood. It took us about 15 years, but we finally made it back and we are absolutely loving being here. We really had a strong vision for what we wanted here, and we wanted it to be something comfortable for our patients. And we think that we've achieved that here. One of the things that's unique about endodontics is we see our patients only on a case-by-case basis. We need to build that instant trust right away. We try to do that from the beginning, working them through the phones, working them through the front door, to ease them out of pain. That's one of our biggest challenges. And I think that with the space that we have here with the staff that we have in place, with the equipment that we have, that our patients immediately when they walk in, they understand that they're gonna be well taken care of.

And really patient care is the way we try to stand apart from any other practice. We can all do the work, it's really how you treat people. One of the things that's really important for my patients with the A-dec equipment is the chair. The chair is so comfortable. One of the things that works so well in the A-dec equipment for an endodontist, is we use a lot of different types of handpieces and ultrasonic units. And everything integrates into this one unit, which makes the workflow so much easier. Because of A-dec, I don't have to think that much about my equipment. It works, and I know it's going to work. I have spent many years trying to fix equipment and trying to keep it running. A-dec works.
