So, I would encourage anyone to come out and take the A-dec tour because I learned, I didn't really realize all of the details that went into every single little thing, and how they pay attention to detail, in a different way than I pay attention to detail. And so, seeing that behind the scenes, made me think, “Oh, okay, yeah. I do want that. Oh, I do care about that.” That is something that matters to me. Just seeing the passion that all of the people here have, for the company and the products, was a really good experience.
